Open Masala Dosa


You need to Have:

Masala Dosa Batter
Alugadde Palya
1/2 cup chutney pudi/chutney powder
1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
1/2 Cup Grated Fresh Coconut
1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
Butter
Oil

Method:

Heat tava and grease it with oil.Take ladle full Masala Dosa Batter and spread it on tava in concentric motion as shown to get evenly spread dosa as shown.(This dosa should not be too thin)

Take 1 tbs of oil and pour it around the dosa and cook it by closing the lid for 1 minute.
After a minute, sprinkle chutney pudi all over the dosa.

Take handful of alugedde paly and put it in middle of dosa. spread carrot, coriander leaves and coconut over palya and finally complete it by placing butter cube on palya as shown.

Serve with fresh coconut chutney.
