A Healthy and gracious Soup floured with black pepper and seasoned with lots of veggies.
You Need To Have:
1 cup Horse Gram/Hurali/Kudu
1 cup Different veggies (Carrots, beans, cabbage, broccoli etc)
1 medium onion
1 garlic flake
salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
Method:
Soak Horse gram for about 8-10 hours and pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.
Cut all the veggies into small pieces and pressure cook them for 1 whistle along with onion and garlic.Cut onion such that its easy to take out from cooker to puree it later.
Once pressure goes off, puree onion and garlic.Mix horse gram and veggies,onion puree and bring it to boil.
Season salt and pepper. simmer for 5 mins and serve hot.
